Hello! My name is Nancy. My daughter is getting married in
May, 2000. She and her fiance would like me to cater their
reception. We are having a buffet-style dinner with ham sandwiches,
Italian Beef, and the usual salads, relishes, etc.
How do I figure out how much meat, potato salad, cole slaw, etc is
needed per person?
